COVID-19 Update

As a precautionary measure, in accordance with the guidance from health and government officials on social distancing, Financial Builders will be temporarily closing our branch lobby beginning Monday, March 23rdWe will be offering enhanced services through the drive through which will remain open during our usual hours.

When possible, we encourage you to use Financial Builders digital tools and other resources:

  • Enroll in online banking
  • Download our mobile app.  You can manage your account and make check deposits through the app.
  • Manage your account with Call-a-Teller by dialing (765) 453-0018.
  • Loan applications can be submitted online.
  • If you need to contact us, we will still be available via telephone during normal business hours.  You can also contact us by sending a message through the website or online banking.

It is important to remain aware of those that would use times of fear and uncertainty to commit fraud.  Do not provide personal information over the phone to businesses you haven’t worked with in the past.  If a Financial Builders associate contacts you, we will not ask for confidential information such as your social security number, passwords, or card information.

If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for help.  Our team works tirelessly to maintain the highest level of member experience so we can ensure your banking needs are not only met, but exceeded.
